Thank you for bringing baked treats last week sali.
Spicy
Pumpkin Paleo Bread
1 cup almond
flour
1/4 tsp sea
salt
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 tbsp (+)
cinnamon
1 tsp (+)
nutmeg
1/2
tsp (+) cloves
Mix
together, then add
1/2 cup
roasted pumpkin, mushed
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp
stevia
3
large eggs
I
also added a handful of chopped walnuts.
Mix together
well.
cook
35-45 mins in a loaf tin at 180 degrees, less time if using muffin pans.
I
used a large coffee cup and big heaped spoonfuls of spices, etc, and that
quantity made a smallish loaf or 12 small muffins.
Very
easy.
